The Health Creation Programme was written by Integrated Medicine author and speaker, Dr Rosy Daniel, in 2003 after many years at the Bristol Cancer Help Centre (now Penny Brohn UK).
Passionate about disseminating this valuable information, she trained me personally, and I am now a Lead Trainer within her Training Team and have set up Health Creation North to teach the Diploma students in the coming years.
In 2023, we were delighted to be approved by the UK and International Health Coaches Association as a course to be proud of.
Why Choose Health Creation Coaching?
If you are interested in self-care and natural health but aren’t sure where to start and want a guiding hand, then this is for you.
You can purchase the programme and work through it yourself, which is a more affordable option for those who are highly self-motivated. However, the programme can only help if you actively engage with it.
It is available as a beautiful hard copy or online as a user-friendly programme where you can see the changes and improvements to your health as you progress.
Alternatively, you can purchase the programme along with mentoring sessions with Rosemary for a more in-depth experience. Mentoring sessions are typically monthly but can be more frequent at the beginning for extra support.
You can purchase the programme and work through it yourself which is the cheaper option for those who are highly self-motivated…. Beware, it can be easy to buy it and leave it sitting on a shelf, it can only help you if you work through it and apply the guidance. It is available in a beautiful hard copy i.e. in a folder or it is also available online.

You can purchase the programme along with mentoring sessions with Rosemary for a far more in-depth experience and most people find this is the path they want to choose. Mentoring is often done monthly, but depending on your circumstances, it can often be done more regularly especially at the beginning if you need an extra bit of support.

How Health Creation Works
Within the Health Creation Programme, we focus on 12 Principles that shift the body and mind back into harmony, peace, and vitality. Using the "Picture of Health" tool, we allocate scores to different areas to identify which ones need improvement. These principles are divided into four areas:

A personal word from Rosemary about this programme:
I first heard about this course in 2003 or 2004.
At the time, I felt I didn’t know enough to train as a Mentor. Now however, this programme has given me incredible depth and can change your life, as it is changing mine. I am now taking better care of myself, prioritising self-care, and making space for yoga, running, meditation and other activities. I’’ve learned to say “No” graciously to myself when I am putting pressure on myself and to others (mainly to myself though).
